Any person violating the terms of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not in excess of five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not to exceed ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1356-89 §4(part), 1989; Ord. 1148-80 §4, 1980).
