Any person committing possession of marijuana shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1356-89 §4(part), 1989; Ord. 1119-79 §3, 1979).
