A. The marijuana was obtained pursuant to a valid prescription or order of a practitioner while acting in the course of his professional practice; or
B. Otherwise authorized by the Controlled Substances Act, Sections 30-31-1 to 30-31-40, New Mexico Statutes Annotated, as such act may from time to time be amended. Ord. 1119-79 §2, 1979).
