On conviction of a violation of this chapter the violator shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or ninety days in jail, or both. Each violation is a separate offense, and each day that a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1846-2006 § 2(part), 2006).
