Operators shall immediately abate, when directed to do so by the Clovis department of building safety, any violation that is an immediate threat to health and safety. Operators shall abate, within twenty-four hours of notice any other violation, if in the judgment of the official of the city building safety, Clovis police, Clovis public works department, the condition does not present an immediate serious health hazard, but does violate the conditions of this chapter. Abatement shall include termination of the activity that is in violation of this chapter, and remedial action necessary to treat or correct conditions caused or created by the violation.
