In the event that any owner or any person(s) having supervision or control of property violates the provisions of this chapter, the procedures set forth in Section 8.08.030 of the Clovis City Code shall apply for the processing of complaints, conducting inspections, issuance of notices, abatement procedures, appeals, and collection of costs through the municipal lien process.
