A. It is unlawful for any person to erect, contrive, cause, continue, maintain or permit to exist any public nuisance outside of any building within the city of Clovis.
B. The procedures set forth in Sections 8.08.030 and 8.08.040 may be used in the alternative or in consonance with or in lieu of any other remedy or procedure authorized by law for the removal of violations or nuisances. (Ord. 1646-2000 § 3(part), 2000).
