Upon request of a property owner within the city, the city may collect refuse from the alley or other area designated by the owner which cannot be appropriately deposited in containers provided by the city. The fee for such collection and removal shall be twenty-seven dollars per flat bed truck removed by the city. (Ord. 1364-90 §1(part), 1990: Ord. 1319-87 §2, 1987).
