The city manager shall determine the type and size of all receptacles and their location. All persons not serviced by metal refuse containers shall use roll-out carts furnished by the city. Roll-out carts shall be located at the street curb by 7:30 a.m. on the days designated for refuse pickup. The roll-out carts shall be positioned so they can be picked up by the collection truck without the driver leaving the vehicle. The occupant shall be responsible for removal of the roll-up cart from the curb after pickup. (Ord. 1270-85 § 3, 1985: prior code § 10-5).
