8.04.050 Collections--Disposal--Fees established.

The garbage, rubbish and solid waste collection and disposal service fees of the city of Clovis are established as follows:
A. Single-family dwelling, twenty-eight dollars and fifty cents per unit per quarter;
B. Multifamily dwelling, twenty dollars and fifty-six cents per unit per quarter;
C. All other establishments accumulating garbage, refuse or solid waste shall be charged the following monthly rates according to the pickup frequencies and container sizes specified; provided that all commercial accounts will be charged a minimum of thirteen dollars and fifty-five cents per month.
