Any person who violates any of the provisions of this title shall be liable for a penalty of:

A. Twenty-five dollars for the first offense;

B. Fifty dollars for a second offense within one year of the first offense;

C. One hundred dollars for a third or subsequent offense within one year of the second offense; and

D. All penalties set forth in this section are mandatory and may not be deferred or suspended on second or subsequent offenses. (Ord. 1441-93 § 2(B)(part), 1993: Ord. 1084-77 § 6(4), 1977).
