It shall be the duty of every licensed veterinarian to report to the police department or the animal control officer his diagnosis of any animal observed by him/her as a rabies suspect, whether the animal is wild or domesticated. (Ord. 1441-93 § 2(B)(part), 1993: Ord. 1084-77 § 5(5), 1977).
