After the provisions required by Section 6.24.020 of this chapter have been met and after three days of impounding required by Section 6.24.050 of this chapter have expired, the impounded animal shall become the property of the city. Such dog or cat may be released to any person upon payment of the pound service fee and upon fulfillment of vaccination requirements as set out in this title. (Ord. 1084-77 § 4(7), 1977).
