The animal control officer shall be entitled to collect and receive from the owner or person claiming any animal taken up or impounded, before delivering the same to any such person, in addition to fees for vaccination or sterilization, the following fees:

A. Ten dollars per day for horses, cattle, mules, sheep, pigs and other livestock.

B. Five dollars per day for fowl and any other nondomesticated animal. (Ord. 1441-93 § 2(B)(part), 1993).
