Chapter 6.04 DEFINITIONS
6.04.140 Running at large.
“Running at large” means the presence of a dog or
cat which is off the property of the owner or not in an enclosed area on the
owner’s property. A dog or cat shall not be considered to be running at
large if it is on a leash or under the control of a person physically able to
control it. (Ord. 1441-93 § 2(B)(part), 1993: Ord. 1084-77 § 1(m),
1977).
