Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be subject to a fine not to exceed nine hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1345-89 § 8, 1989).
