The requirements of Sections 5.40.050 and 5.40.060 shall not apply to any carnival, festival or circus sponsored by any charitable or religious organization if such organization retains the entire profit from the carnival, festival or circus. (Ord. 1416-92 § 1(part), 1992: Ord. 1163-80 § 9, 1980).
