A. The applicant shall pay to the city clerk a fee or fees, according to the following schedule:

1. Carnival, three hundred dollars per day;

2. Festival, one hundred dollars per day;

3. Circus, three hundred dollars per day.

B. All fees shall be paid in advance, and fees may be payable on a daily basis, if the city clerk so permits. (Ord. 1163-80 § 6, 1980).
