Chapter 5.32 TRANSIENT SOLICITORS AND VENDORS
5.32.050 License and permit--Disapproval.
If, as a result of the investigation provided for in Section
5.32.040, the character or business responsibility of the applicant are found to
be unsatisfactory, the chief of police shall endorse on the application his
disapproval and his reasons for the same, and return the application to the city
clerk, who shall notify the applicant that his application is disapproved and
that no permit and license will be issued. (Prior code § 6-5).
