Any person who damages, destroys or injures any of the equipment operated under this chapter, or who steals a ride on any motor vehicle operated under this chapter or who refuses to pay fare thereon, or who is disorderly or offensive in conduct while a passenger on such motor vehicle, or who spits on the floor of such motor vehicle, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
