A. Rates charged by common motor carriers shall be those rates established for each such carrier by order of the state Corporation Commission.

B. Each such common motor carrier shall keep a rate schedule conspicuously posted in each vehicle operated by such carrier, and shall also post a copy of its rate schedule in its principal place of business within the city. (Prior code § 18-7).
