It is unlawful for any person to engage in a garage or yard sale in violation of the requirements of this chapter. Any person who violates this chapter shall be subject to the penalty imposed by Section 1.24.020 of the Clovis City Code. (Ord. 1477-95 § 3(part), 1995).
