Any person conducting a garage or yard sale shall comply with the following:

A. No property purchased for the purpose of resale to the public shall be sold at a garage or yard sale.

B. No person may conduct more than two garage and yard sales during any one year.

C. No sale shall be conducted for more than five consecutive days. (Ord. 1477-95 § 3(part), 1995).
