Any person holding a regularly issued and current license from the state as a dispenser and who has paid the license tax imposed by this chapter shall be entitled to carry on the business of a dispenser of alcoholic liquors at the place designated in such license. Such license shall entitle the holder thereof to sell alcoholic liquors, as in Section 5.12.010, by the drink or in packages containing less than five gallons. (Prior code § 3-10).
