No occupation, profession, trade pursuit, corporation or other business firm shall be required to pay any license pursuant to this section if currently paying or assessed a business registration fee pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.06.010. (Ord. 1172-81 § 6(a), 1981: prior code § 6-35).
