If the commissioner suspends the right of any person to use nontaxable transaction certificates pursuant to Section 72-16A-13.I New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1953, such suspension applies to the use of such certificates under this chapter. (Ord. 1101-78 § 10, 1978).
