In the event of conflict with other city of Clovis ordinances, the provisions of the city of Clovis labor management relations ordinance shall supersede other previously enacted ordinances.
City of Clovis sanctioned rules and regulations, administrative directives, departmental rules and regulations, and work place practices shall control unless there is a conflict with a collective bargaining agreement. Where a conflict exists, the collective bargaining agreement shall control. (Ord. 1776-2004 §3(part), 2004).
