2.80.130 Interference, coercion or intimidation.

It is unlawful to coerce, intimidate, threaten or interfere with any person in the exercise or enjoyment of, or an account of his having exercised or enjoyed, or an account of his having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of, any right granted or protected by Sections 2.80.030, 2.80.040, 2.80.050, or 2.80.060 of the ordinance codified in this chapter. This section may be enforced by appropriate civil action. (Ord. 1620-2000 § 2(part), 2000).
