A. There is created within the municipal budget of the city a library fund supported by the city, together with funds allocated by the board of county commissioners. Such library fund is to be administered by the treasurer of the city as are the other funds of the city.
B. All money received by the library board from any charges, fines or penalties, together with appropriations from other funds by the city for salaries, books, supplies and other purposes, relative to the operation of the library, shall be placed in the fund, together with any gifts, bequests or donations to the city for the library.
C. The library board shall, each year, provide an annual library budget at a regular budget to be included in the total city budget of the city. (Prior code §11A-12).
