A. There is created the Clovis Curry County library board, referred to in this chapter as the “library board,” as an administrative agency of both the city and of the county.
B. The library board shall act in an administrative and an advisory capacity, and shall advise and assist the
city commission and the board of county commissioners in every possible way to insure the efficient and economical management and operation of the Clovis-Carver Public Library.
C. It shall be the duty of the library board to advise the head librarian of the Clovis-Carver Public Library in all matters pertaining to the management and operation of the library. (Prior code § 11A-2).
