Chapter 2.64 MERIT SYSTEM FOR CITY EMPLOYEES*
2.64.093 Grievance defined.
A grievance is a complaint, as defined by the personnel rules and
regulations, which has not been resolved to the satisfaction of the employee.
Any issue covered in the city’s collective bargaining ordinance or a
collective bargaining agreement shall not be grievable under this policy. (Ord.
1579 § 3(part), 1998).
