The planning-zoning commission shall:
A. Elect one of its members chairman for a one-year term;
B. Make recommendations to the city commission for the filling of vacancies;
C. Hold at least one regular meeting each month;
D. Adopt rules for the transaction of business; and E. Keep a public record of its transactions, findings, resolutions, determinations and recommendations. (Ord. 1268-85 § 6, 1985).
