2.36.050 Removal.

Any non-commissioner committee member may be removed from office by the mayor, with the consent of the city commission after due notice that such member has missed three consecutive meetings or has been absent at fifty percent of the meetings held during any twelve-month period. In the event of removal under this section, the position shall become vacant and shall be filled as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 1694-2002 § 3(part), 2002).
