A. There is established an ordinance violation bureau of the city, for the purpose of assisting the municipal court in disposing of violations of city ordinances relating to building operation and maintenance, zoning regulations, collection of taxes and service charges, fire and fire prevention, public health and sanitation, and animals.
B. The municipal judge is charged with the duty of administering the functions of the bureau. (Prior code § 2-47).
