A. The members of the board are empowered to elect officers, perform their duties and make such rules for the administration, regulation and conduct of the affairs of the board as they may deem proper, necessary and expedient, and may at any time alter, amend or abrogate such rules and regulations.
B. The board shall hold at least one meeting each calendar quarter. (Prior code § 2-70).
