A. Unless specified otherwise in the city code, no more than one member of any board or commission, except members designated by position or office, may reside outside the city limits of the city.
B. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Clovis city code, all members of the planning-zoning commission must either reside in the city or own real property within the city. (Ord. 1472-94 § 2(part), 1994).
