2.16.020 Compensation-Office hours-Employment benefits.

Compensation for the office of municipal judge is fixed at forty thousand dollars per year, to be paid at intervals corresponding with the payment period of other municipal officers and employees. The municipal court shall be kept open for business during the same hours as other offices and departments of the city. The municipal judge shall receive all other employment benefits which are extended to municipal employees and which are not inconsistent with the municipal judge’s elected status.
