A. All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public.
B. The business of the commission shall be taken up for consideration and disposition in the following order:
1. Roll call;
2. Approval of agenda;
3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting;
4. Recognition of visitors and receipt of petitions and communications;
5. Consent agenda;
6. Introduction and adoption of resolutions and ordinances;
7. Unfinished business;
8. New business;
9. Reports of officers, boards and committees;
10. Future agenda items;
11. Adjournment.
