2.08.020 Special meetings.

The mayor shall call special meetings of the commission whenever in his opinion the public business may
require it, or at the express written request of any
member of the commission. Whenever a special meeting
is called, a notice in writing signed by the mayor or
city manager shall be delivered to each member of the
commission either in person or at his place of residence, stating the date and hour of the meeting and the purpose for which such meeting is called. No business shall be transacted at such special meeting except as is stated in the notice. (Ord. 1663-01 § 2, 2001: prior code § 2-1.1).
