A. Time. The city commission shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Thursday of each month at five-fifteen p.m. When any regular meeting of the commission falls upon a day designated by law as a legal or national holiday, the commission by majority vote shall designate the time and place at which that regular meeting shall be held.
B. Place. All regular meetings of the city commission shall be held in the north annex of the Carver Public Library building, 701 N. Main.
C. Notice. At least annually, the city commission shall determine by resolution what notice shall be given to the public concerning regular and special meetings of the commission. (Ord. 1747-2003, 2003: Ord. 1736-2003 §2, 2003; Ord. 1217-83, 1983; Ord. 1129-79 §5, 1979: prior code §2-1).
