A. No variance shall become effective until after a public hearing at which all parties in interest shall have an opportunity to be heard.

B. Notice of the time and place of the public hearing shall be published, at least seven days prior to the date of the hearing. (Ord. 1097-78 § 3, 1978: prior code § 2-1.15).
