Pursuant to Section 3-17-5, New Mexico Statutes Annotated 1978, and pursuant to powers conferred by the Clovis City Charter, there is adopted the Clovis City Code as published by Book Publishing Company, Seattle, Washington. (Ord. 1273--85 § 2, 1985: Ord. 1173--81 § 2, 1981).
