You may download the pdf files online from www.cityofclovis.org. Go to "Departments", select "Building Safety", and scroll to the bottom of the page to access the list of available permit applications.

Applicants may contact our office at 505-769-7829 if you have questions or concerns. It is the applicant's responsibility to make sure that all codes are complied with when performing work. The applications are provided as a resource to the public and may not be all inclusive of the documentation required for applying for a permit.
