RFQ 18-1004-01 groundwater banking/playa restoration
The City of Clovis is requesting proposals to qualify firms or individuals to participate in the RFP process for the Groundwater Banking/Playa Restoration project. One (1) original of the proposal in a sealed envelope shall be submitted no later than Monday, November 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. local at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer located at 321 N. Connelly, P.O. Box 760, Clovis, New Mexico 88101.
