CLOVIS CITY MANAGER LARRY FRY TO RETIRE

Clovis City Manager Larry Fry has submitted notification to the Clovis City Commission that he will resign as City Manager of the City of Clovis effective April 30th, 2017.  Mr. Fry has completed 25 years of combined municipal service with the City of Clovis and the City of Roswell.  Mr. Fry is entering retirement from employment under the New Mexico Public Employees Retirement Association.

Mr. Fry was employed by the City of Clovis in April 2015, having served the City of Roswell, New Mexico, for more than 20 years. In his resignation letter, Mr. Fry thanked the City Commission, the employees of the City, and the entire community, for their support during his tenure with the City.

The Clovis City Commission met Thursday, March 2nd, 2017, in closed session to discuss alternatives for replacing Mr. Fry.
