CITY OF CLOVIS LAUNCHES CLOVIS NM WORKS! APP

The City of Clovis’ new Clovis NM Works! App, which enables the public to share areas with the City that they see in need of fixing around town, such as a pothole, graffiti, weeds, trash in the alley and more, is now available for download on iPhones and Androids.   The app can be downloaded from your handheld device or from the City’s website by visiting www.cityofclovis.org where you may also “Report a Concern”.

“Utilizing modern technology in this way to help in further improving a community, and the interaction of the City with area residents, is very exciting,” advised City Manager Larry Fry, Friday.   “It is anticipated the SeeClickFix product will enhance City services to Clovis’ residents.”

“The City of Clovis is always seeking ways to more effectively interact with Clovis area residents to ensure we provide them with the best possible service,” advised Clovis Mayor David Lansford. “The free Clovis NM Works! App can immediately and conveniently connect residents to the City to report non-emergency neighborhood issues, for example a pothole or damaged street sign or other service request.  We are excited to offer this to our area residents.”

Those residents not wishing to use the Clovis NM Works! App may still use current methods to reach the City regarding trash in the alley, weeds, graffiti and other concerns.
