WEEKEND WINTER STORM

WEEKEND WINTER STORM

A winter storm is heading our way with major impacts to travel for Saturday night through Sunday night. National Weather Service (NWS) in Albuquerque is forecasting much colder weather starting Saturday afternoon. High winds at 35 to 40 mph will make the wind chill anywhere between -5 to +5 degrees during this time. Estimated snow fall totals show anywhere between 8 and 16 inches for Sunday.  Blizzard conditions could exist with this storm.

If you are planning on traveling this weekend, please pay attention to the forecast and road conditions before traveling. Road conditions can be found at www.nmroads.com.
